I had half asleep with my sick kid this morning.
this is the scenorio. we are curled up in the child's bed, I pat the back and as the child dozes back to sleep.
me: Shhhh go back to sleep dear, I'm not going any where. I just will be right back to check on your father to make sure he is up.
I climb back into the bed, the child starts to pat my back.
child: shhh mommy go back to sleep. I'm not going anywhere either. I love you.
